I sent a message about my IT problem yesterday
They closed the case saying the TMC problem is not IT problem.
I submit the survey with very negative response and asked to be contacted.
Surprising me indeed, James Gourdou calls me and fixes the problem.
I am so thankful and complete three training that I cannot access before.
Do it, Don't worry about it.
Try to solve the problem, ask for help,
It is always easier than I think.
