I tried to change my TSP contribution online.
TSP said I have to submit the form to the agency personnel.
I asked Marie about the Personnel Dept. She said it is on the TSP website, but it is not.
I finally asked for Peter's help. He doesn't know the contact at Personnel.
No one in my office knows the contact information of our Personnel.
Asked for Norman and John Xu's help when they just happened contacting me.
Norman, SBA Boston, sent me the email.
I sent it twice, finally Robert Garces, HR Specialist, send me the instructions.
I complete the "Self Service" within 5 minutes.
Information is everything.
Feel sad and scared for mom's situation.
She has been confused about the relationship, e..g. Mimi's children and my son/grandsons.
Today I showed her the photos, and she said, "Oh, Robert is your son."
and then after a while, she said, "So all of your live in US!"
She didn't remember we have been in US for more than 30 years.
I am so scared that she won't remember me soon.
